In 1979 the High School was completed along with additions to the existing Recreation Center.  A physical education office, gymnasium, wrestling practice room and a weight room were added, along with two locker rooms to be used for high school physical education classes and athletic programs.  Two regulation racquetball courts were included in this addition.  In 1979 storage rooms and additional kitchen space was added to the existing kitchen.  Storage areas for the swimming pool were also added .During 1987 the rifle program was eliminated and the wrestling practice area was moved to the downstairs range.  The weight room areas was expanded to the old wrestling facility. In 1997 a counter was added to the recreation center lobby.  This is the check-in area for all patrons. In 1999 the wood floor was installed in the front gym and the main lobby was remodeled.  In 2010 a wood floor and bleachers were installed in Rec Center Back Gym
